For our far off clients or those looking for a more DIY approach, we offer digital design.
After clients provide photos, measurements and answer our questionnaire, we will put together a well thought out and easy to follow plan. This plan will be complete with floor plans, elevations, photos, measurements, pricing and sources. Included in the package is a zoom presentation to review the options and answer any questions to help you get going on your way!
New Build
We love the experience of helping client’s build! Whether it is a starter home or a forever home, there’s nothing like the building process! This is where all of our formulas, organization and experience come into play.
We guide our clients through the whole process and liaison with their builder and trades. We are there every step of the way helping you make the best selections in plumbing, tile, millwork, flooring, lighting and accents. Every new build is accompanied by an online hub, which allows everyone to access the information, installation direction and special notes, so every detail is executed as we planned.
Renovation
From small powder rooms to full kitchens to an entire level of your home, we can steer your renovation project. We offer three levels of renovation packages:
Hand off designs for clients to implement themselves, in their own time.
Design plus co-general assistance along with client’s own contractor/ trades.
Design plus complete management and supply of contractor/ trades.
Colour Consultations
Whether you are looking for that perfect colour for one room, or a palette for the whole home, we offer in home colour consultations. Afterwards, you will be sent a paint schedule complete with brand, colours selected and paint finish recommended. We are proud supporters of Benjamin Moore paint.
Room Refresh
Let us take a tired space and bring it back to life. Refreshes can include new accessories, lighting and art for a living room or new backsplash, countertops and paint colours for cabinets.
Real Estate Refresh
We can help get your home market ready so it pops off the MLS. We can suggest new paint colours, swapping out a few dated light fixtures, removing oversized pieces and adding a key pieces to create a more sellable and widely appealing home on the market.
